We are a family-owned online bakeshop specializing in Ensaimadas and other Spanish pastries, cookies, and confections.

All of our products are handmade and baked in the tradition of quality and creativity passed down by our great-grandparents, who opened our first family bakery in 1908. By mixing our Spanish heritage with innovative ideas, we have developed our own delicious treats you will find nowhere else.

We bake one batch at a time. Our ingredients are carefully chosen to meet our high expectations of quality, taste and freshness. The butter is European style; the vanilla is pure; the eggs are cracked and separated only when they’re needed. No preservatives and nothing artificial.
